HABIT HACKS !!
How to build any habit in busy world ???
So here are - 
SIMPLE STEPS TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE .

In our daily lives it's hard to build any habit but the more difficult task is to be consistent with that habit you are focusing. 
Even though some people are busy with their professional work or day-to-day activities, they just can't find time for new things. On the other hand, there are people who have nothing to do and waste their time on social media, imagining themselves as being productive but find it hard to build good habits.In this hustling world , one may find impossible to learn something as most of us live in their heads .
But the main point is -
IF SOMEONE REALLY WANTS TO ACHIEVE SOMETHING THEN THEY REALLY MAKE IT WORK

So , if you really want to make possible what you really want to learn or do , then you have to be faithful towards that goal .Remember, it's your responsibility to make choices and dedicate 30 min each day to build a habit for about 30 days .
I'll be sharing the habit hacks to guide you and it can be really possible only if you be consistent towards it .

1. 30 minutes a day : you doesn't require the whole day to build habit..you just need 30 minutes a day most probably keep it in a morning time because at that time you feel the more energy or anytime when no one disturbs you .
2. Change patterns - to remain consistent in a habit, make sure to make it interesting by changing the patterns of the way you do it .
For example , find different ways to learn like use of flashcards, videos, record it : keep it exciting . 
SMALL CHANGES - BIG RESULT 
3. Use of memory power - whatever habit you're trying to build just connect it with other things or work . Learn the relation and grasping power to remember the detail what have you learned and what work are you doing right now .
There are books which would help you build the habits needed to stay consistent , committed to your goals and help you establish routine and develop a strong mindset for the success:

3. The power of habit - Charles Duhigg 

4. Make that habit part of your life - if you are checking the progress you see no improvement. It may be because that you are just following the steps . You are just giving your time but not investing it.you are simply doing the job but not enjoying it. 
Just learn random facts or info it doesn't has to be particular but make it as that habit already emerged in you .
Ik it's boring to learn something but that's what it makes you to have patience and productivity in life . You have to love boredom.
Create the to do list before hand in the morning or day before night so that you will be able to tackle the consistency and can also cooperate with your other tasks peacefully.
5. Affirmations - affirm that habit in positive way even if you haven't start acting upon it because you are creating a mindset inside you that you are actually doing it and excelling in it .
For example - I am doing this ________ and performing excellent in it. I am being consistent and it's rewarding me . 
6. Set the clear goal -
The habit you want to work upon , should be clear. Be specific what you really want to achieve and make objectives according to it .
For example - if you want to learn singing where you should focus on vocal or voice or instrument or you want to learn English - accent, grammar or vocabulary. BE SPECIFIC.
7. Break into smaller task and enjoy the achievements -
Don't overload yourself with building a habit. Break it into small parts , do it slowly but effectively, memorize it and track down the improvement. Enjoy the process and progress.make yourself happy be being proud and pampering yourself because you deserve the love.
Atlast, nothing can happen without hardwork , consistency and patience. So change your life with changing the perspective and doing the great things .
